Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure Stripe payment processing. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
No long-term contracts. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
One dossier = one PDF generation for one product/SKU. If you generate a dossier for the same product with updated information, that counts as a new dossier. We recommend saving your generated PDFs.
Unused dossiers do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle resets your allowance. Enterprise plans have unlimited generation, so this doesn't apply.
