Before you order

Who does the review?

A named PPWR Copilot reviewer. You work directly with the person checking your inputs, not through an account manager.

Can colleagues use the output?

Yes. The written findings are made to be shared with your packaging, quality and artwork people. There is no per seat charge.

What happens after payment?

Payment confirms your place. The turnaround starts once the scope is confirmed and all agreed packaging details and artwork have been received. If we cannot deliver your review within the stated turnaround, you receive a full refund.

What do I receive?

A human-reviewed PPWR documentation pack for internal review and decision-making. You receive a source-linked findings report, a technical documentation checklist, an evidence gap and unresolved risk register, and an Annex VIII declaration prepared for review and signature.

Why pay when the software trial is free?

The trial lets you explore the software yourself. The review adds a person reading your set: a source-linked findings report, a technical documentation checklist, an evidence gap and unresolved risk register, and an Annex VIII declaration prepared for review and signature.

What if we are the importer or distributor, not the manufacturer?

Where your company is not the responsible manufacturer, the review identifies the manufacturer and the documentation or verification you need from them.

What if our data is not fully ready?

We work with what you have. Gaps become entries in your evidence gap and unresolved risk register with a clear action against each, so you know exactly what to request from suppliers.

What does the review not do?

It is preparation and documentation support. It is not legal advice, not EPR registration and not a substitute for your own conformity assessment.

Your named reviewer completes the work. You get written findings, not a sales call.

How sign-off works

PPWR uses manufacturer-led internal production control, and conformity assessment work may be carried out by the manufacturer or on its behalf. PPWR Copilot performs the agreed review and documentation work: the Article 38 and Annex VII documentation trail, and the Article 39 and Annex VIII declaration prepared for the manufacturer's review and signature, with missing evidence and unresolved points clearly flagged. The responsible manufacturer verifies the final evidence, approves and issues the Declaration of Conformity, and retains legal responsibility.

What the Standard Review includes

The £545 Standard Review is a manual, human-led review of one defined packaging format, carried out by a person reading your packaging, not by software. Here's exactly what you receive.

Missing supplier data?

If your review turns up missing material, component or weight information, our Supplier Data Service can gather it from your suppliers.

What this does not include

PPWR Copilot reviews are preparation and documentation support. They do not produce production-ready artwork files, complete EPR registration, submit data to national producer responsibility organisations, calculate eco-modulation fees, or provide legal advice. Final wording, artwork and market decisions should be reviewed with your legal, compliance and EPR partners before use.
