When do the PPWR rules start to apply? Most obligations (labelling, technical file, design-for-recycling) apply from 12 Aug 2026 under Regulation (EU) 2025/40. The e-commerce ≤50% void-space rule applies from 2030 (with phased milestones). We keep the tool updated as implementing acts land.
What do you store? Email and the data needed to generate your PDF. No payment data is stored by us.
Is my data private? Yes. We process only what’s needed to generate the PDF. We’re registering with the UK ICO (details in our Privacy Policy).
Does this replace EPR registrations? No. You still need to register with national EPR systems. The PDF helps you brief suppliers and document label/void-space checks.
Is this official? No. PPWR Copilot implements the published PPWR text (Regulation (EU) 2025/40) and will track the EU’s harmonised label spec when it’s released. We keep the tool updated, but it isn’t legal advice.
